This one really hit me hard. Getting out of bed in the morning needs so much energy that I was never to describe it to anyone. At least now I know what can I do from tonight – drink a lot of water before going to bed. Thank you for creating this and sharing it with us. You have no idea how your work gives hope and brings a smile. Thank you again

That was hilarious, but yeah, take whatever weapon you can fighting your depression, it has it coming.

Its 2:15 PM and I’m still in bed. (This is bad even for me) The only thing that’s going to get me to move is the coffee maker. I fostered a coffee addiction at least partially so it could do the same thing for me that peeing is doing for her. The restroom calls, and its too easy just to go back to bed. A large cup of coffee not so much. Once the coffee is in you the day has begun, for better or worse.

And you know it’s a very bad sign when the depression says, so what pee the bed.

Did her and her girlfriend break up?

You hit this nail on the head, ffs. The horrible inner voice, the inability to get up no matter how much you want to… and yes, the little hacks one has to implement to bypass it. The hardest part of this method is not getting dragged back down the hallway into bed and misery as soon as you’re done…
