    Don’t forget the “anyone could have achieve that, so why am I chosen for this promotion ? I don’t deserve it, it’s ‘just’ the least anyone can do, or would have done.”

    A bitter mix of low self-esteem, lack of your own recognition of your work, and interrogations like “If I could done it like anyone else, am I stealing something from someone without knowing it ?” leading to an unpleasing feeling of culpability… for “nothing”.

    (Dunno if I’m clear enough, english not being my mothertongue… sorry about that )
