Accurate.
That’s a coincidence – I let myself have a breakdown today after days of being miserable, and I felt much better afterward. Funny how depression helped make that become a good thing…^_^;
That emotional release
This is me so hard.
Sometimes I don’t even do it at home though and then it builds up and comes to a nasty psychological head and I lose it at the worst time possible
Cape Breton is nice. Just make sure you get away from the beach before the tide comes in.
I was born there.
It sounds ridiculous, but it actually can be a reward. There’s a catharsis, an emotional release, I guess, in just crying out everything that’s been weighing on you all day. That’s been my experience with it, anyways.
Entirely too relatable.
Been there often.
I know this feel.
