Yeah, I so get this. My nickname at work is “Eeyore.” But I have my moments of serious antisocial behavior. I guess I should feel lucky I work for the government. Anywhere else and I would have probably been fired like my last two jobs.

Reminds me of what happened when I tried to take a local improv class. I’m better off alone although I hate it.

Hear, hear. Five years ago I drove past my old high school, and I have to admit I was as nostalgic as an ex-prisoner going by the place he did his time. Glad I’m out, no other good feelings. I actually took a shot at my past high school more directly in the comic, but no one from that school has called me on it.

The two male characters seem quite familiar. Dunno if I’m allowed to mention your older works in here, however. Kudos.

Yes, this is the first strip to feature only SL characters, although the two male characters have appeared in depression comix before.

Hello Clay. You don’t know me but I want to tell you that I love your work and I thank you so much for making it. It’s been two years of hard recovery for me and your relatable series had helped me start the process by better understanding myself. The future is still unknown and scary but that’s not necessarily a bad thing. I have hope now and I’m proud to say that you deserve some of the credit for that. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

My parents called me anti-social when I was younger. I wonder if that was my cover as well for the early signs of my depression.

Hits close to home as I knew women like this in high school and never was able to bridge the divide.
