    Yup. I guess im luck when the anxiety, fear and panic manifest itself in the form of my family yelling at me that I dont get things done and am a tarrible mother while they do nothing to support us makes it worse but also helps motivate me to get out of the house to get away from them.

    It isn’t laziness or irresponsibility, it’s a total lack of volition. You have things to do, important things that need doing, things that you actually want to do, but you just can’t make yourself move. This kept me alive sometimes when I was most suicidal, because it prevented me from taking any action.
