    can totally relate.. but friends to me to keep doing those stuff even though I don’t enjoy it anymore atleast to help me get distracted in my depression and anxiety..

    This is among the worst byproducts of depression for me. I have a lot of hobbies that I use as escapism as much as for the pure joy of engaging in them. And artwork is my Big Thing in life, the thing I’m best at. But when the depression hits hard, everything loses its lustre. Suddenly all of those things seem stupid and pointless and childish, and even if I wanted to get into doing them, I can’t.

    I relate to this one especially. Nothing helps anymore. I play video games and it doesn’t help. I read and it doesn’t help. Nothing is fun anymore.

    This is so true for me…after i lost interest in everything that i enjoyed i tried to find other things to enjoy for example playing the guitar and writing my own songs
