I can´t stop looking at your comics, they are phantastic, well done, found the correct moods and words for demonstrating the feelings in depression, very honest. I´d like to thank you for your honest mind and engagement. One of my patients told me: it´s exactly how I feel. Many people will find themselves – sorry for my bad englisch… (a medical doctor and psychotherapist)

I’ve been clinically depressed since my age was in single digits. When I was crying because of depression, in would come my mother, the one studying for her BS in clinical psychology, to say “if you keep crying, I’ll give you something to cry about”.

when you can cry tears to relief yourself you are blessed… but when you are deprived from trusting your feelings to anyone else
and you see yourself screaming and crying in your own mind the tears turned into blood and the screams breaking the sound barrier
and there is a lake now beneath you and people say why do i look sad all the time? why do i always stay negative ….
when my relatives died i couldn’t shed a tear in fact i envied them for dying
they say that men should not cry …. well now i can no longer remember how to cry anymore!

This is way to relatable for me.. But I learned that it’s actually good to cry, it’s better than keeping your emotions built up for them to explode on someone.
